We are proud to have our dairy product quality certified
We base our standards on the leading dairy product brands – e.g. in quality assurance. We have regular audits carried out on our suppliers to ensure that all our raw materials are reliable and high in quality right from the start. Every year, the dairy undergoes an International Food Standard (IFS) audit, as well as running a proactive quality management system. Before a product leaves our company, it is of course subjected to extensive microbiological, chemical and sensory testing in our lab and our production and marketing departments. It is also a matter of course for us to subject the products we supply to constant monitoring by means of buying them back on the market.
Regular certification and testing by the DLG (German Agricultural Society) provide proof of our quality management.
